First of all, I would not believe any of the positives reviews about this company. I guarantee they are fake/paid for. This company is shameful. They charge extremely high interest rates that constitute usury but get away with it because they are funded by Cross River Bank, a charter bank based in NJ that allows them to get around state usury laws. I applied for a loan, they verified with my surgeon that I was scheduled with them for my procedure and I signed all the forms but now I cannot get in contact with anyone at Lending USA. LendingUSA is either a SCAM COMPANY WHO IS GOING TO STEAL YOUR INFORMATION, A COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE COMPANY, OR BOTH. This experience has pretty much set me off of getting any type of loan all together, outside of the major banks that is. Cecilia, my rep, had outstanding customer service skills. She was very patience with me, and extremely informative.
