BOA sold my mortgage to Carrington Mortgage and it has been a nightmare ever since!! AVOID this company if at all possible!! I recently had a decrease in income (beyond my control) and I contacted Carrington about my situation. I applied for a home loan modification and it was denied.. WHY????
