I purchased 13 light commercial use BHLK500IC bikes from them in August and September 2014, in October 2014 I ha my 1st repair, in December they started rusting, I have had screws fall off during classes, seats collapse under riders during class, they have come to repair 14 times in 1 year, they just break again again, I wanted a refund, I was told I was frivolous and there would be no refund.
