Terrible experience! This company took my money and provided no services. I called the owner and left 4 messages but no response. I texted the representative numerous times who I spoke with he wasn’t helpful. But when they debited my account they were available. I first spoke with Chelsea Le to let her know of my skepticism bc I had used another company and they did very little. She assured me that this company is lawyer-backed, which is a lie. After reviewing my account, she assured me that they were able to get 65-70% of the negatives deleted. After six months, I became so frustrated bc only two things had been deleted and I shelled out a totally of $1800. This is long overdue. This time last year I made a call to White Jacobs and Associates and spoke with Misty Maxie. I contacted James Lee through a recommendation from another Mom on Facebook. I paid about $1200 and to me, it was totally worth it. Hands down the best decision I have made in regards to my credit when I used WJ&A to correct my credit report. Justin Elliott was amazing. He was so diligent that the erroneous items were removed from my report in less than a month! I thought my score would increase about 20-30 points, but NO, 100 points!!! Joe Camacho is the best in the business. He is brutally honest and is up front. He does not sugar coat or b/s his clients. When I contacted him, I knew I was in bad shape, and it was nobody's fault but my own. I probably couldn't have gotten a loan for a bicycle if I wanted one nevertheless a car or house.
