In fact, this is the ONLY travel agent send text to make sure information on the ticket is correct. All the complaints I read on-line apparently occur when passengers try to deviate (e.g. change dates without penalty) from the conditions of the ticket. They buy bulk and sell at discount price. So, when you buy cheap ticket, how can they accept changes without an additional charge?
