Lucky for me that I found Fitness Equipment Brokers on the internet. I was just about to go into debt to purchase a popular recumbent stepper for about $6500. I had not found an alternative I was comfortable with. I am so pleased that I discovered Fitness Equipment Broker! Their customer service is first rate. They are trustworthy, and met or exceeded all expectations in terms of the purchase and delivery process. I think their prices are very competitive (they were as good or better than all the ones I researched). Israel is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but not at all a high pressure salesman. I was looking at a used nustep recumbent stepper. Israel sold me on a new Spirit CRS800S recumbent stepper. I`m glad he did, It`s a commercial machine very heavy duty and works as as well or better than the Nustep. It was delivered within the time frame I was told. My name is Nancy Nemec. My 86 year old father has recently been through an absolute nightmare with intractable pain and subsequent severe malnutrition. I was searching for a treadmill and I had about given up hope as it can become very confusing with all of the different manufacturers and models. I recently purchased a Hci Physio Step LXT. Last year I had a knee replace and open heart surgery. So after rehab at the hospital I decided to get a used Nustep but after doing research and talking with Israel decided to get the Physio Step it was a new machine for the same price as a used Nu Step plus has more features. We received the crosstrainer eight days after we ordered. Putting it together was so easy and fast, thanks for the right tools being included with the order and easy to understand owner's manual. I recently outfitted my home gym. They are extremely knowledgeable and have a ton of equipment to choose from. I ordered several pieces, some of which were re-manufactured.
