I had 3 charge offs , school Loan, evictions, late payments on my credit and my credit score was in the low 400’s . I was skeptical of their first call.Thought it was another telemarketing firm. Thanks to their persistence and professional and consistent handling of the refi process, I was able to cash out in about 6 weeks on my rental property with much less farce than many other mortgage companies I dealt with the last 10 years. To my husband and I this company was God send. Out of 0 -10 we would definitely give it a number well beyond a 10. When we tried to refinance through our former mortgage company, we were declined because of low credit scores. This person is very pushy and wants to get his way regardless what. Imagine you invite someone to your home to introduce you with some product then tell him not interested but he does not want to get out of your home. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Sharpline due to the responsiveness of Emmanuel and Jennifer and the smooth process. I've spoken with other lenders in the past, who just want the easy and/or quick jobs or require that I do all the driving (figuratively and physically). Rey, Adam and office staff did an awesome job in helping us refinance our two homes. We were able to pay off all of our credit cards as well as take out cash.
