The way citibank handled my mortgage was criminal. They basically stole money from me. Couldn't ask for a better group of people! I had a bit of a spill at work that caused a broken ankle and kept me out of work for a few months. This brought on hospital bills that added up quickly. Honestly, it was a blessing in disguise because without the prospects of a foreclosure on my home, I would never have met the excellent team at Bloom. Times in LA are definitely tough for everyone. Myself and my family included. Mortgages were being missed, the bank was calling and I knew foreclosure was around the corner.
