Westwood and the legal department has been on the horse and riding out full steam ahead for me, my husband and my house. Finally a company that does exactly what they claim. I was a bit skeptical of Westwood Legal at first but decided to give them a chance; that turned out to the best decision I've every made concerning my mortgage loan. I stumbled upon Westwood Legal by accident and I'm very happy that I did. Initially speaking with them, we confirmed a plan of action to take my interest only payment and cut it down into a principle and interest payment that I could live comfortably with. I was recommended this law firm for help with my house. I had been dealing with the bank in getting a lower payment for over 10 months to no avail. We had tried everything, so we thought and then there is Westwood Legal Services. We were over $20,000 behind in our mortgage payments and had received correspondence from our mortgage holder demanding the full $20,000 payment. In less than 6 months Westwood Legal Services got our mortgage forgiven--no more mortgage payments; we couldn't believe it. I interviewed 10 firms prior to choosing this one. Initially i was put off by the upfront cost's, but when i was with them about 1 month i didn't blink at the cost. They answered all my questions, literally held my hand through the process, and broke it all down so surgically i thought i was getting an operation! Westwood Legal went above and beyond in communicating with me on my case. Choosing who to work with is so difficult. I am truly a huge critic when it comes down to businesses. I believe you should get your money's worth and customer service should always be on top if I am paying and trusting someone.
