Just wish I had read the hidden 'sidebar' reviews on their own website before I ordered and evidently, I wasn't the only one that had the same bad experience. They will process your orders and did NOT ship the products and worst of all, they don't even respond to any of your email or phone call. Btw, when there is not even a company greeting on the phone # they listed but go straight to a voicemail, I should have known.
