I just got approved for a loan modification. The monthly payment I got, turned out to be several hundred dollars less than what I had thought it would be. ! The reason I was able to go through this process is mainly due to one individual: Sam. He was patient, thorough and always followed up with me. Every person we "met" during the refinance process of our home has been professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. All good, no problems, very fast, uploading my paperwork was easy. All of the departments from opening the loan to closing were great to deal with. Endeavor Resources Group was ready for the mortgage before the title company. The title company said they were the fastest they had dealt with and they had no problems with them at all.
