I’ve been working with Mike from Global for the last 9 months he has been great at gathering and re-gathering info for me. I don’t make these types of decisions quickly so I haven’t made it easy for him. That being said he has been nothing but responsive, pleasant and professional in working with me. Global ivestments is a huge and cruel scam . Please beware!. They lie and cheat about their properties. We bought from them for 55000 a property that was so delapidated in the worst area of Cleveland. They had sent doctored false photos dating back from 20 years ago. .This company Global investments incorporated makes lot of promises to the investors who invest their hard earned money relying on their words but they don't come anywhere near their commitment. I bought couple of properties through them and lost thousands of dollars so far and I am still loosing..They buy you some of the distressed properties in a hight crime rate areas for cheap and guess what happens later , it becomes abandoned property..you have to pay property tax and can't even sell it... Do all your due diligence before purchasing a property through them. I unfortunately bought 2 properties from them at once. They bait you with these "too good to be true homes". I received cunningly great service from them up until I closed on the properties. They claimed a few false statements on both properties.
