When I contacted Sanctuary Financial Services I was already skeptical of these types of companies..... only because I was taking advantage of by a company that claimed to provide the same services but only to find out later it was just a scam..... Payton is THE BEST!! I was laid off of my job a couple of years ago and we started falling back on our mortgage. We were 6 months in arrears and it was getting harder and harder to keep up. I called our mortgage company, Chase Mortgage, and spoke to a customer service rep. He said that since we already had a Hamp 1 modification mortgage that there was nothing else they could do for us. Im so thankful to the team over at sanctuary Financial Services. I am a single mother of 2 and had no where to turn! I was so grateful to have received a call in the time of desperate need. They were able to get me current on my mortgage and get me an affordable payment. I tried so many times to work with the lender but to no avail. To Everyone at Sanctuary-Hallelujah! We did it finally! After trying again and again to work with Bank of America to lower my payment to something we could afford, I gave up-the frustration was not worth it. My health was deteriorating over the stress and that is when I got in contact with Nicole and Payton at Sanctuary. What I was unsuccessful at for over 16 months, they completed in 3 months! I am writing this review to say that what Sanctuary Financial Services did for me was nothing short of amazing. Nobody could help me. I was afraid to trust anyone. I got referred to them through a co-worker and I was still nervous. Needless to say, they did the job and did it well. They calmed my fears and answered all of my calls and emails. I want to take a moment to thank Sanctuary Financial Services for saving my home. My husband was laid off from his job and we got more than 12 months behind with Nationstar mortgage. I tried to work with them by sending paperwork over and over again, but I could never get anywhere with the bank.
