After purchasing several houses, when it was time to refi my current home, I truly dreaded the idea. I made a call to Gold star Mortgage and was connected to Tim Valaski, What a great surprise. Tim kept me informed during the entire process, he made sure that all documents and processes were preformed in a timely manner and there was no stress on our part. From our first contact with Timothy Valaski, he was very personable and upfront about our refinance request and assisted us in reviewing the best options available which was very helpful. This was quite the surprise to me coming out of a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and having lenders say that I would have to wait an additional year or two before they could look at doing a refinance. Tim assured me that after answering a few questions that he could get it done. He in fact did and had no issues at all. Great support and answered all of our questions.
