I have been ordering printed card stock hang tags from Ztoone for years. When I got to the bottom of the most recent box, I discovered that about 30% of the order was defective and unusable. The rep I spoke with, Jeremy, said there was nothing he could do, as the order was placed 2 years ago. What has the time factor got to do with anything? They still print hang tags.
