The reviews here all seem to be posted by employees of the company. Work with fed loan directly, this company makes it extremely hard to communicate and isn't professional when it comes to leaving a paper trail, they want to do all their business over the phone which is a red flag. I see you are all happy with your zero payments. Did you read the paperwork? I did right before I signed and my payments were to be zero because they were going to put me in forbearance. By the time I figured it out they would have been paid quite a bit. Your loans are sitting there drawing more interest. This company is a scam. Do your homework. Read More »

I spoke to at least a dozen companies telling me different information about what could be done with my loans, and to be honest I kind of thought the whole thing was a scam. There's so much stuff online about loan forgiveness not being real so I was skeptical to say the lest. I was sure this was a scam when I first talked to these guys, but I ended up signing up and now pay about 400 dollars less each month than I was.
