Alex and Summer are awesome. I already had a great rate but even with taking out a significant amount of equity my payment went down 40 bucks. Everything was completed online except for the final signing which happened at my house with a mobile notary. I saw an internet ad advertising "low rates". I responded. The first company to provide information was RWB thru representative Alex Zelada. He did an excellent job. I've used Alex as my only broker for at least the past 10 years. He is fully transparent with everything including his fees and the rates. The bank typically offers me rates 1% higher and doesn't have or offer some of the least expensive loan vehicle. This time, he did an 8 year fixed the blew the doors off everyone else. Alex Zelada and RWB lending are phenomenal. He helped us with a refinance that ended up saving us over $100,000 on our mortgage and cutting 3 years of the term, for about the same monthly payment. After we had signed loan docs, but right before the loan funded, Fannie Mae reversed a decision to tack on a 0.5% fee on refinanced loans. We have excellent credit score, good home equity on our primary residence and needed to move to a larger home. We had multiple lenders that got us qualified with "contingency upon the sell of current home". It is extremely difficult for any sellers to accept this type of contingency.
