They were paid in full. Two years later we still do not have a headstone from them nor a full refund. We were able to get back ½ of the money from our credit card only because we put it into dispute, but our first payment could not be put into dispute because it was too old. As I stated we have been perusing this for almost 2 years now. The owner Paul says he gave us a refund but has no proof.
