The hot tub cover arrives in pieces, and must be assembled. The foam pieces don't fit inside the cover, even after heating it up to 90* to soften it. I had to destroy the foam to get it in. Because of this poor fit, there's lots of strain on the zipper, which broke immediately because it's brittle zinc. Customer service was useless. I'm left without a hot tub cover, and without $500. We were lucky enough to get a hot tub given to us by my parents, who weren't using theirs anymore. Great, right? More or less, until we found out it needed a new cover. Went to the local spa store and they wanted about $600+ for a cover! Called around and more of the same, so I took to the interwebs to search. Found this company and am happy I did!
