I have been with Navient/Sallie Mae customers for about 6 years. I hated calling them because the customer service seemed moody or regurgitating the same info on the screen. at the end of a call I would be extremely frustrated. Marcia answered the phone was extremely friendly. Never made me feel stupid for asking questions. I never got a prewritten answer that you can tell "they're supposed to say." It was all her. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I didn't know anything about my loan debt, interest or even who I was suppose to pay. She walked me through setting my fsa account up. I received a call back 20 min. later letting me know what my new payments would be and what program I would be placed in.
