I want people who read this to know the horrific experience that I endured while getting my TRT through Royal Medical Center. They are a joke!. They will hook you in and have you agree with a 6 month contract. The testosteron is already compounded with it 1mg of anastrozol per 200mg 1cc dose of testosteron. Initial basic blood work including (cbc) (metabolic panel)(psa)(tsh)(total testosteron)(estrodial) after that your health is on you!! Funny I see 20 bad reviews and only 1 shows up here on page 1of 1. lol Royal med center is a waste of your time! I am talking about the staff and services, the professionalism, not the product. They sent me their accounting statements of charges, in Sept it CLEARLY shows 2 transactions. I contacted Snarky Walter and he said he would have his accounting department contact me. That was over a week ago. They also claim to be sending 10ml bi-monthly. If it is 8ml I'd be shocked! BEWARE! NOW THEY HAVE LABCorp trying to Bill me $415.00 for lab work that was ALLEGEDLY INCLUDED! Finding the right clinic and getting the right help for TRT can be an arduous task. Eric Rosenfeld at Royal Medical has been excellent. Not only did he recommend I get bloodwork based on the symptoms I was experiencing, which proved I was in need of therapy, but he has been there every step of the way to assist and answer any questions I've had, accurately and quickly. Royal Men's Medical Centers staff are very professional and understanding. Talking with Marc was like talking to your best friend, never at any time did I feel uncomfortable talking about my issues. I'm writing this as a Medical Professional, Pharmacy, and have been a patient of RMMC for just over one year. I did serious research before choosing a treatment center. Though they mean well, I too often see regular MDs, Urologists, and Endocrinologists prescribe Testosterone Replacement Therapy in an ineffective and sometimes potentially harmful manner. My numbers were below the lowest testosterone number one should have and and also large amounts of Estradiol (basically estrogen) was flooding the system. In two years on the program I have found my desire to workout again and have went from 205 and chubby to 185 with a 4 pack showing. Marc is about as good as it gets when it comes to helping you along the way. He puts customer service ahead of all else and is an extremely responsive and patient individual. I travel extensively in my business and he has helped me to ensure my medicine is always available and that the treatment is extremely reasonable.
