The bank has always modified my mortgage a very low amount when I sent in the paperwork. With FCG I was finally able to lower my mortgage waaaaaaay lower. They definitely know how to arrange you paperwork and stuff so definitely will recommend them to anyone. Read More »

I speak to Steve from USA Advocate and he and company help give paper to bank for lower payment. Give many paper for 3 month but have lesser payment that very good. Ask for Steve, he very helpful. Spasibo! Read More »

I was behind for almost a year and kept turning in the same documents over and over and over. FCG and US Advocates lowered my interest rate and payment so low I was shocked. Whatever they did the bank clearly was not just going to give me. Ive done modifications before and they only took $80 off my payments. I can start the new year hopeful and happy AND THANKFUL! My husband and I are both terminally ill and on disability/SSI. The bank transferred my loan right as they offered me a modification that was higher than the original payment and the new bank or servicing company did not honor the modification. We were push to A SALE DATE because these people kept asking for the same stuff over and over. I am a Vietnam veteran and Wells Fargo denied me FIVE MODIFICATIONS! I was going on two years behind and realized this bank had no intention of helping me and had to put my faith in a company that called me for help. The US Advocates connected me to these people and were able to reduce my mortgage over six hundred dollars and allowed me to keep my home. I had amputate my left leg and had to go on disability. I was told by my bank not to pay for help but they refused to help me which makes no sense!! I was runaround for remodification for months and months and months but was able to get a much lower payment and a principal balance reduction! Money well spent and happy I took a chance! After my wife had a stroke and was in the hospital without work for 6 months, we tried unsuccessfully to get help through the bank. I have been in foreclosure for some time and was working with an attorney who could not obtain a settlement for me. I finally gave up with him then was put in contact with Financial Counseling Group. I have been dealing with a huge hardship and been struggling with paying my mortgage for years. Thanks to Financial Counseling Group I am now able to afford my new monthly payment and get myself back on my feet with my financial situation. I am very skeptic when it comes to doing business over the phone and not meeting the person I am dealing with face to face!! After a few days of talking to Sophie and John I felt very comfortable with them and I decided to go ahead with hiring them.
