I began my journey with ILKB 2 months ago when I entered the 6-week challenge. After the first week of classes, I immediately felt like I would be joining the fam regardless of passing or failing the challenge. All of the trainers try to establish personal relationships with the members, and that makes me feel comfortable and motivated to go to class. I started kickboxing here a month ago and feel in love. The people are so welcoming and encouraging. So far I’ve been to four kickboxing classes here on Monday afternoon, Tuesday and Thursday night, and Friday afternoon and I love it! The hour is broken up into sections with warm ups, stretches, kickboxing, partner work, and a cool down section and you can go at your own pace! This place is phenomenal. I love this place. I have never liked to work out, and therefore had no motivation to do so until I took the trial classes and saw how this could be a part of my lifestyle. This is by far the best gym membership I have ever had. I was never a fan of group exercise classes until now. The trainers are awesome--supportive and encouraging and I find the members to be the same. The workouts are full body workouts--the kind that sneak up on you the next day. If you really are in need of a good workout and have a hard time doing it on your own then I Love Kickboxing in Winchester will do the trick! They put the A in a personal trainer. Ever since I started going there I have been so proud of myself. All of the kickboxing trainers focus on each individual to ensure there doing things accurately. ILKB Fresh Meadows has made a positive impression and impact on me. I bought the groupon for classes, but ended up joining right away. I have never been able to stick to a workout but I now look forward to going to ILKB. The instructors are phenomenal and really keep you motivated. I have stuck with it for 4 months now and feel great. I have met some great people and never feel self conscious like at a gym. I feel myself getting stronger and definitely see results. ILoveKickboxing is so amazing! The instructors at the King of Prussia location are there to help, every step of the way. I've never had a workout like the ones I get at iLoveKickboxing King of Prussia. The instructors are very motivating and the atmosphere in the studio is incredible! You're always greet by the extremely friendly staff who encourages and motivates you through you entire workout. Joining Ilovekickboxing.com has changed me. I have been a member for a month and truly enjoy it. Before joining I hadn't worked out in forever. I Love Kickboxing!No! Seriously I Love Kick Boxing... at Severna Park! First of all I have to say the club is so clean and they have rules which work! I can NOT say enough good things about ILKB! The instructors are amazing motivators and never make you feel like you aren't good enough or you don't belong no matter you fitness level. The workout is really hard, but the results are QUICK!
