I have had the pleasure of working closely with Ivy Arias on multiple home loan refinancing ventures. What I admire the most about Ivy are her communication skills. I recently had to refinance my mortgage to payoff some bills so I could complete my graduate degree to become a teacher. Ameri-Mortgage was able to get me a VA refinance/cash out that not only helped my wife and I to payoff most of our bills and now I'll be able to finish getting my teacher's credential.
