My wife and children are suffering because of them. They have our beds and all of our clothes, and will not even tell us the status of our belongings. It has been over 75 days since they took our stuff. They have no remorse for how they operate and the incompetency of their service. Please do not trust them. I chose USA Top Movers because of their responsiveness via phone/email and their competitive pricing. Everything seemed fine when I made my cross-country moving reservation, until a couple days before the two-day window I was given. I was told by Kevin, my customer service rep, that the men with the truck would call Thursday or Friday to confirm if they would be there Saturday or Sunday.
