Applied for loan through LendingTree.com. Submitted all info, including credit score, home value, mortgage value, mortgage term, etc. Got a quote from HPF for 3.25% and no fees or closing costs on 15 year loan. Called them to follow up. Dennis Moore asked all the same questions and then gave me a "deal" at 3.5% if I paid a bunch of fees. There was no way my answers should have generated a higher bid.
