I absolutely love this place, I have been a member since Nov 2018 & this place has changed my life! I already lost 12lbs and feel awesome and this place is in another level, starting from the owners & instructors they will treat you like family where you can feel more confortable & appreciated! I bought a Groupon for 10 classes. This was my first experience with taking a kickboxing class, I love going ! The staff is amazing. They motivate you and they work you! They are really friendly and I must say they have a great playlist to work out to as well. I definitely recommend taking the class. The people in the class are friendly and welcoming . I Love Kickboxing is by far the most exciting, effective and life changing fitness program out there! During a 45 day challenge, I lost 18 pounds, lowered my blood pressure, went from a size 12 to a fit 6 and toned up my entire body! ILKB Franklin is such a great workout! As someone who hasn’t worked out in over 10 years, I was genuinely worried that I would crash and burn and not want to come back. Even though getting started was a challenge, I can’t imagine not going back! The staff and other members are so friendly and truly motivate you every class. The staff is friendly, upbeat, encouraging, and positive. I went from dreading being active to looking forward to my workouts! I could not recommend more! If you're thinking about taking up classes, please just do it! It was the best decision I've made for myself! Your first visit they do an get-to-know-you session where they address your fitness goals and get to know you as a person.
