Good customer service should be just as important when dealing with guests who are cancelling a reservation as well as booking one. I had the displeasure of dealing with April when booking our stay at a villa in FL. She was very attentive and really pushed for extra services (like a heated pool in the middle of August) when I was planning on booking. Some would say this is great salesmanship, I have to disagree.
