1, I am the owner since 2017. I I paid HOA each month in person on First HOA company Meridian. 2, since October 2019, HOA changed to Cedar, but I didn't know who is our next HOA company, I called previous HOA meridian to find out that I had to pay HOA to POBOX 26844, at Charlotte. I called but nobody could answer the questions then they had to call me back a few days later. 3, So, I just sent out HOA(I just assumed the same amount) and paid each month at first of the month.
