ILoveKickboxing Tacoma is AMAZING!!! I participated in the six week challenge back in August of 2018 and I lost 26lbs and 7% body fat!! It really is amazing how this can transform your body! I joined ilkb in June of 2017, I have lost about 25 pounds. For the first 3 or so months barely anything was happening scale wise, but I was noticing small changes, and then about 4-5 months in, the scale starting moving and I couldn't believe it at first, and now I'm at a weight I haven't been at in probably 2 years. I love walking into this place every time I can get in a workout. It's always my first choice for my daily activity because it is perfect for my taste in fun, active and high energy workouts. Each amazing workout is a new challenge because I put in what I want to get out of it. I am so motivated and proud of my accomplishments after each workout!
