My sales rep called me 3-4 times a week to see when my money would be wired to them, and to give me the metals price for the day, even though I told him I already watch it. They helped me set up a ROTH Gold IRA for home storage, I later found out that was no longer legal. I never received the gold brochure (small but telling).
