I hired them to help me get my loan current becuase I was 1 year behind on payments and the bank stopped taking my payments. I even had a sale date on my home. Melrose Legal Services are TRULY committed to help people save their homes. We fell behind in payments due to my husband getting sick, having to miss work. Had to have medical procedures, and then medical bills. Allen Tate is the BEST. He was aggressive with our lenders, something we didn’t know how to deal with. I honestly was hopeless when it cames to the situation with my lender. We fell into some troubles, and no matter what angle I took or the payments I offered they refused to work with me. Just when I was ready to spill the beans to the kids, I found Melrose. Their aggressive and effective strategy finally got the lender to help. The best service. I was treated amazing all around and never had to worry about lack of communication. They also are a very cheap company compared to other companies out there doing the same thing. I paid 2 attorneys for a re modification of my home and Wells Fargo kept denying me help!! A group connected me to Melrose Andy wife and I were skeptical but they called weekly and kept in contact with me giving us direction. I was fearful we were going to lose more money with no success. We've been struggling to get back on track and we're facing foreclosure. This company was highly recommended by a neighbor who went through a similar situation .
