They installed a mini split AC in my house years ago and they seemed like a descent company. I had a maintenance contract with them on the unit since they require a lot of maintenance and they had one expert on staff. It appears he left the company (was given the run around about his status by different employees). They sent a technician out named Dakota who was a pushy salesman in disguise.
