I can honestly say David went above and beyond for our company. We had two separate engagements over the last few months for a total of about three weeks. Eric helped transform how we do business. This starts out our initial sales process and ends on fulfillment. After two days he could see we would need to totally overhaul the process. It was scary at first but when he laid it out all for us in an easily digestible way it made sense. On the financial side, they were able to help us implement weekly reporting. This will allow us to have a better idea to where we are standing on the numbers and know which jobs are and are not profitable. This is a big deal because of the way we bid out projects.
