The only reason for the 3 stars is the cost of their services are what I would consider on the high end. I guess you get what you pay for so it should be expected. That being said the two individuals they sent over worked very well with our employees and the final analysis they presented to us seemed honest and enlightening. We had two of their associates out to our offices for over 3 weeks. What started out as a simple organizational exercise turned into a full blown restructuring plan. The extra costs were extensive but the amount of work that was provided far exceeded our expectations. I truly believe this may have saved our company down the road.
