my issue was resolved august 11.yet here it is september 20 and i still have'nt received my replacement card.they have sent out 2 other cards but deactivate them before i get them,i was told the 3rd card was sent august 27,never received it.i was told it was undeliverable,i'm disabeled and live on a fixed income.all i want is money.it seems Blackhawk Bank is not concerned with my problem.
