Called WeRecoverData to make inquiries about a technical issue with my laptop that resulted in a complete loss of data disk before sending it in for a free diagnosis. Great customer assistance. Friendly staff, very good attitude, and took their time to explain all their process. It took about 5 days to recover my prev data, and upon collection, a new HDD was provided with the retrieved data. They will even keep the backup data just in case any other problem arises. Their engineer made a parts replacement and managed to salvage 95% of the data from my HDD. They had done their job and provided the results I was looking for. We had a hard drive in our company that I'm working on that has click sounds. By then, I tried to take it to the HDD recovery shops near the area, and they said that HDD cannot be recovered. Just wow! I'm very thankful! They recovered my hard drive, which is 11 yrs old, and they said it had scratches, so it got corrupted and won't open. Like other photographers and videographers, I have accidentally formatted my memory and have not yet transferred the images to my hard drive.
