I found WeRecoverData from a google search online and used their services to recover my NAS. The technicians took the time to explain the whole process and addressed any and all of my questions and concerns. Losing data was one of the worst things anyone could experience. Even though I ensured to have my own backup copy, both of the hard drives were not accessible on the NAS after several attempts of self-testing. I set an appointment with WeRecoverData, which was, I think, the best decision I've made.
