From my experience, their service is excellent as they will explain the process thoroughly; they also updated me from time to time, so I got much more comfortable with them. It was a great experience engaging with WeRecoverData in recovering data from my hard drive. It's also a free assessment where they will patiently listen to your problems with the hard drive and ask for important documents and the specific data you want them to take note of. The whole process was very assuring, and the team was very friendly at every step. Because of that, I fully decided to go through my recovery with this team. Great experience with this team! I called them directly to ask for their availability and headed down to their shop after confirming my appointment. Mr. David was evident in what needed to be done, and he even spotted that my battery had swelled.
