Unfortunately my contact with this company was not the best. Every thing started out ok but Chris Trahan requsted that I not make my payments to my mortgage company for the next three months...which I did. I told him I was concerned about my credit report but he said that he would take care of that and not to worry. I had great on time payments for the previous 9 years. John is an amazing loan officer! His professionalism and extensive knowledge of my loan needs enabled him to be of great service to us during the refinance of our mortgage. He met deadlines as promised and kept us well aware of anything needed from us. It was truly a pleasure to work with John.
