Do not do business with Elder Care Direction. My mother entered into a contract with this company and a DBA called Uncommon Perspective Group, run by a David Dempsey. We entered into a contract with this company to apply for Medicaid for my father who requires skilled nursing. We provided them with an upfront fee and a hearty investment, with the agreement that my mother would received installments.
