I bought Groupon and scheduled an appointment via website 3 weeks in advance. She canceled my appointment via text the morning of my massage. She rescheduled me for the next day. Now I received confirmation emails stating when my appointment is scheduled. I arrive 3 minutes late. Yes 3 minutes because I had never gone there and was at the building next door.
