I am currently being ignored after asking for an RMA for inaccurate diabetic syringes. ADW claims the brands I ordered have great reviews, but they are off by between 0.25 units and 0.5 units. I cannot use them. They offered to allow me to return the "unopened" box when none of the boxes were sealed when they arrived. This company has gone downhill in a hurry.
