They took over 3400 for tickets for three tickets to Australia in 2020 for November 2021 but in March 2021 Figi had to cancel all flights to Australia so they informed me to contact asap for my refund. Long story short it’s been over a year and a half and still no refund for the tickets plus the insurance we paid in case we had to cancel. Lies, lies and more lies After protracted obfuscation by Asaptickets they partially honored my voucher but now they are refusing to honor the balance of the voucher and are not returning my phone calls. I guess they are playing a waiting game with the intention of then declaring that the voucher is no longer valid I am not going to let them get away with that. ASAP are scamming people. How do you sell me travel insurance and when its time to pay my money you tell me the airline does not refund. You sold me the insurance not the airline. I have followed up on my refund no knowing I had bought insurance. I found out last week and reached out only to be told this. They have held my money that Delta Airlines refunded to them due to a cancellation of flights in March. Please Google search this company and look at Facebook reviews after and during covert 19. This is a great company one is time to buy the ticket but there if there was an issue canceling or if they cancel on you they will rob you blind and not return your money, hang up on you and ignore you.
