The ads says free shipping (and no tax was added) during check out. Days later I got email from customer service asking for additional fee for freight and tax or cancel the order. I placed an order for some wheels on March 19 for a vehicle I had purchased. After a while I start having issues with the vehicle, so I consider selling it. By March 22nd I ask what's the status of the order, because since it's considered a "special order" it cannot be cancelled if it ships. Be careful. Once they have your money you will not hear back from them. They will not answer their phone like every other company that is doing business. i purchased an item that they did not have in stock and could not have in stock for an indefinite period. I repeatedly asked them to refund my card but could not receive a return e-mail. Remember, you can't call them. I finally disputed the charges with my credit card company and got my money back..
