I was asked to write a review and I gladly did Im very happy with Pathway they helped me when I was behind on my mortgage with Mr cooper and had been denied 3 times. I was over 6 months behind and had already lost money to another company that said they were going to help. When asked to take the time to write a review for Pathway Legal Solutions I gladly welcomed the request. I first tried to get my loan modified with Chase and was denied for missing paperwork when I had sent them everything, then my loan was transferred to SPS midway through my appeal and I had to start over again. For more than a year after I becme disabled, my wife and I have been trying catch up on mortgage payments. We asked our lender for help, and they said they would, but all they did is add $500 to our already unaffordable payment. When we couldn't pay it, my lender said again they would help. I thought all hope was lost until i came across Pathway Legal Solutions. I was in foreclosure and at the point of losing my property, I went through a divorce and my life was crumbling. Pathway was able to stop the foreclosure and bring me current. Ocwen was not offering any assistance and once Pathway began working things changed. I am grateful for all their help and support. I wanted to take some time to write a review for Pathway legal solutions because the did a lot for me and helped my family. I was struggling with Mr Copper for 10 months and I kept sending in the same documents and was getting no where. I had also lost money with 2 other companies who said they could help me but did nothing.
