This company is a scam. It will gladly take your money for membership but if you have a problem with a hotel or another service that they took your money for to provide the service of the hotel or business and you request a refund, Globequest WILL NOT REFUND FULL AMOUNT, even though the service provider refunds Globequest, Globequest will keep one half of the refunded monies from the service provider and tell you that the provider will not refund full amount.
