I read a lot of bad reviews about Beadpark on Facebook and other websites, about customers didn't get the products, and didn't get answer after complain. So i was afraid to order. So I've only been a crafter for 6 months and when I stumbled upon Beadpark I had so many doubts. Silicone molds for pennies! They have stuff for every crafter. You like making shirts? They have htv. You wanna make your kid something cool? They have unique little things any kid would go crazy over that can go on their shoes, bookings, hats, books, and yep even their lifelines they carry everywhere. They charged me too much for shipping but tefused to give me a refund even though i asked multiple times. They said they recommend that i leave the money on their site and use it for my next purchase. They eventually gave me a refund only because I threatened to report them. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Ordered clasps which came broken and the customer service refused to resend the new ones because it would be too expensive for them. Looks like they forgot who fault it is. Read More »

The process has been smooth! It is really convenient for a new buyer to order on this site. They have a clear list so I can easily find items I want.
