Promised several steps that could be completed to save my home; sounded wonderful and I was extremely optimistic. However, they neglected to mention that if it took longer than the 4 months timeline provided, they just close your case with no further help. Did nothing to help my situation. Quality Customer Service is so hard to come by nowadays unfortunately. Luckily, Trinity Legal Services was top-notch. Trinity Legal was a blessing sent from god himself! They were able to give me a far better understanding of how to file, but it was the execution in which they were providing these documents to me which was truly impressive.
