Trying to deal with my student loans and take advantage of the programs was so confusing. When I spoke with my loan servicer they weren't helpful at all. So when I came into contact with Freedom I was discouraged. But once they took over they turned everything around. They did everything for me and I only had to keep up with a small payment and give them the docs they asked for.
